• Provide print related products and services to you and your business
• Do credit checks when you are leasing hardware from us
• Occasionally market our products and services to you

Besides our staff, we share some of this information with:

• HP New Zealand, HP Financial Services, Canon NZ, Canon Financing in order to provide leasing facilities and better services and solutions to your business.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to give us some information, like director and shareholder details, we'll be unable to lease hardware to your business.

We keep your information safe by storing your data in programs requiring user credentials and passwords and only allowing certain staff to access it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
