Such information remains under Cardy custodianship at all times and the agents involved are bound by specific confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Besides our staff, we share some of this information with:

HP New Zealand, HP Financial Services, Canon NZ, Canon Financing in order to provide leasing facilities and better services and solutions to your business.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to give us some information, like director and shareholder details, we'll be unable to lease hardware to your business.

We keep your information safe by storing your data in programs requiring user credentials and passwords and only allowing certain staff to access it.

Access and correction

You can have access to the personal information we hold about you. Our goal is to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. To assist us with this, please contact our Privacy Officer if any of the details you have provided change. Further, if you believe that the information we have about you is not accurate, contact us and we will use all reasonable efforts to correct the information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
