    Shipping & Returns


    We endeavour to deliver all goods promptly, but as we cannot fully control the courier and freight companies we use, we do not guarantee time of delivery.

    Shipping rates are calculated according to your address and item size and weight. We charge freight as closely as we can to the actual cost of shipping.

    Urgent deliveries

    We are able to use Urgent Couriers in and around Auckland. Depending on your location we can offer 1 hour or 3 hour deliveries. (Allow a little extra time for processing and packing).

    Urgent deliveries are charged at cost.

    Returns & refunds

    Please contact us to arrange return of any goods that are faulty, incorrect or not required. We will accept return of goods you no longer require only at our discretion and if the goods are saleable. We reserve the right to issue a credit note rather than give a refund.

    We receive a lot of empty cartridges returned, so it is very important that all items returned for credit are properly identified and the reason for return is given. If this is not done we will issue a credit note only at our discretion.

    Cancellation policy

    Orders may be cancelled prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse. Once goods are on their way to the customer or have been delivered, they may be returned only with the approval of Cardy Ltd. All goods returned must be in good condition, unopened. The customer may be charged freight and handling costs for cancelled orders returned, (unless Cardy Ltd staff have made an error).

    The customer must contact Cardy Ltd to arrange return and credit of faulty, damaged goods and incorrect items. Goods returned without authorisation and explanation may not be credited, especially if they cannot be properly identified on arrival.

    Faulty products

    Refer to our Guarantee policy for further details. Faulty goods returned must be fully identified and a note included explaining the problem. You must contact Cardy Ltd so that we know such goods are coming. Failure to contact us, or inadequate identification, may result in your product being lost among the many empties we receive daily. If this happens we will issue a credit note only at our discretion.

    A credit will be given once we have verified that the goods are actually faulty. (Sometimes operator error or printer problems may cause a customer to think the cartridge is faulty, when it is not. In such cases, we will help you resolve the issue.) Credits on items that have come from a third party (one of our wholesale suppliers) are subject to them verifying that the product is faulty.

    A pro-rata credit may be given on remanufactured cartridges that have had substantial use, but failed before all the toner was used.

    Terms and conditions

    Acceptance of each delivery of goods shall be taken as an acceptance of these conditions of sale.

    1. Payment for all goods and services ordered on-line must be made by credit card before delivery, or, (with approval from our office), within seven days of receipt of invoice, unless monthly credit has been agreed to by Cardy Ltd, in which case payment is strictly by 20th of the month following invoice.
    2. Method of payment as detailed at the time of sale unless otherwise arranged.
    3. If you are seeking credit, under the terms of the Privacy Act 2020, you irrevocably authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit enquiries and you authorise us to furnish to any third party details of this credit application or sale and any subsequent dealings you may have with us as a result of this transaction being actioned by us.
    4. We reserve the right to charge collection costs on overdue accounts and to add interest charges at the rate of 25% p.a .
